CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • 48+ hours: No fee • 24–48 hours: 50% of the service will be charged • Less than 24 hours: 100% of the service will be charged • No-shows: 100% of the service will be charged Rescheduling within the cancellation window is subject to the same fees. All applicable fees will be charged to the card on file. We understand that life happens and will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies at our discretion.
